iTech stands behind the quality of every service we perform. Our lifetime warranty gives you peace of mind that your device is in good hands.
What the Warranty Covers
Our lifetime warranty applies to screen replacements and battery replacements performed by the iTech team. The warranty covers:
- Defects in the replacement parts supplied by iTech
- Any labour defects arising from the work performed
- Display issues such as dead pixels, discolouration, or touch failure attributable to the replacement part
- Battery performance issues attributable to the replacement cell
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage to the device incurred after the service (e.g. drops, cracks)
- Liquid exposure or water ingress after the service
- Faults unrelated to the specific service performed
- Pre-existing damage or faults present before the service
- Damage caused by third-party services performed after the iTech service
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, simply visit any iTech location with your device and your proof of service (receipt). Our team will assess the device and, if the fault is covered under warranty, will perform the necessary work at no charge to you.
